AIRASIA TO INTRODUCE LATEST FEATURE IN ITS SELF-SERVICE OPTIONS IN SOUTHERN HUB OF JOHOR BAHRU

Greetings from AirAsia!
AirAsia has always been a trend-setter in keeping up with innovation especially with offering Self-Service options for our guests when checking-in for flights. Our guests have been able to conduct Self Check-In via mobile, web and kiosks thus far, and we are going one step further to introduce a new feature which will further enhance their travelling experience.
This new feature is the 'Self Bag-Drop’ option, where guests will be able to print their own bag-tags, and drop it at an automated counter; providing a simplified process for guests to check-in their baggage during flights.
Johor Bahru, which is one of AirAsia’s hubs in the Southern region and which recorded a very high utilisation of self-service options by guests; has been selected to spearhead the implementation of this new Self-Service feature for the AirAsia Group.
As such, we are holding a press conference to announce & demonstrate this new feature to all media members, and we would like to invite your esteemed publication / organisation to join us and cover this event. Please see further details below:
