Malaysia is the Chairman of ASEAN beginning 1 January 2015 from Myanmar. Malaysia’s vision of a 'People-Centred ASEAN’ is clearly reflected in the theme "Our People, Our Community, Our Vision.
The opening ceremony of the two-day summit will be held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre while the closing ceremony is at the Langkawi International Convention Centre, Langkawi Island, Kedah.
There will be a photo opportunity for the Joint Welcoming Dinner for ASEAN Foreign Ministers and ASEAN Economic Ministers and Launching of Commemorative Coins by The Honourable Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia scheduled as follows:

Time : 8.30 pm
Venue : Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Kuala Lumpur
NOTE : The seats are limited. Please register with the 26th ASEAN Summit 2015 Helpdesk/Media secretariat at International Media Centre (IMC) in order for us to allocate you a seat.
Kindly assemble at the International Media Centre (IMC) by 8.00 pm for us to guide you to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
