Malaysia is the Chairman of ASEAN beginning 1 January 2015 from Myanmar. Malaysia’s vision of a 'People-Centred ASEAN’ is clearly reflected in the theme "Our People, Our Community, Our Vision.
Among the major meetings Malaysia will host during its chairmanship are the 26th ASEAN Summit in April 2015 and the 27th ASEAN Summit in November 2015.
There will be group photograph opportunities at the following meetings on Tuesday 28 April 2015:
(1) 11th Brunei-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines East ASEAN Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA) Summit
