[POSTPONEMENT] MEDIA INVITATION - THE ARRIVAL OF THE JENAZAH OF ALLAHYARHAMAH DATIN HABIBAH MAHMUD, THE LATE SPOUSE OF THE HIGH COMISSIONER OF MALAYSIA TO PAKISTAN, FRIDAY, 15 MAY 2015

Please be informed that the scheduled arrival of the jenazah of Allahyarhamah Datin Habibah Mahmud, the late spouse of HE Dato' Dr Hasrul Sani Mujtabar, the High Commissioner of Malaysia to Pakistan has been postponed to a new arrival time on Friday, 15 May 2015 at 2110 hrs (tonight).
The venue still remains the same which is at the Bunga Raya Terminal Complex, KLIA and also other arrangements remain the same.

Venue: Bunga Raya Terminal Complex, KLIA
TENTATIVE PROGRAMME
8:00 pm Arrival of family members and officers from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
8:10 pm Arrival of High Commissioner of Pakistan and officers.
8:15 pm Arrival of VIPs.
8:45 pm Arrival of The Hon. Dato' Hamzah Zainudin, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia.
9:10 pm Arrival of the C-130 aircraft at KLIA Bunga Raya Complex.
Upon arrival, H.E. Muhammad Baligh-ur-Rehman, Minister of State for Federal Education and Professional Training of the Republic of Pakistan and H.E.Dato' Dr.Hasrul Sani Mujtabar, High Commissioner of Malaysia to Pakistan together with Ministry's liaison officer and family members will be usheredto the Bunga RayaComplex.
9:40 pm C-130 aircraft will be taxied to theBunga Raya Complex and the jenazah will be transferred from the aircraft to the hearse.
All VIPs, family members and Ministry of Foreign Affairs' officers will line up in front of the Bunga Raya Complex porch.
The hearsewill moveslowly towards Bunga Raya Complex porch and stop in front of the VIPs, family members and Ministry's officers.
VIPs, family members and Ministry's officers will be given a moment of silence to pay their final respects for Allahyarhamah Datin Habibah Mahmud.
The hearse, vehicles of family members and officials will proceed to Batu Pahat, Johor.
H.E. Dato' Dr.Hasrul Sani Mujtabar, High Commissioner of Malaysia to Pakistan departs to Putrajaya Hospital.
10:00 pm H.E. Muhammad Baligh-ur-Rehman, Minister of State for Federal Education and Professional Training of the Republic of Pakistan and the Hon. Dato' Sri Hamzah Zainudin, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Malaysiawill be accompanied by VIPs to their respective vehiclesto depart the Bunga Raya Complex.

We wish to kindly remind all media personnel who wish to participate to arrive at least 1 hour prior to the arrival time i.e. 2000 hrs for registration purposes. Latecomers will not be granted access after the media registration is closed as security to enter the Bunga Raya complex will be tight.
Lastly, please do remind the media reps to bring along their media identification card so that the staff on duty may grant the access pass to enter the Bunga Raya Complex.
