AIRASIA: APPEAL AGAINST RM10MIL FINE BY MYCC CONTINUES

Late March, AirAsia appealed against the decision of the Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC) which ruled both Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia guilty of anti-competition practices, with a fine of RM10 million each.
The appeal will continue today and tomorrow, with the Rebuttal session to begin on Friday, 22 May morning. Both airlines will present the summary of the whole appeal and this is a public hearing. The Rebuttal session will be held at Kompleks Mahkamah Kuala Lumpur, Jalan Duta.
