OFFICIAL LAUNCHING OF ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ERMS) BY IJN

Institut Jantung Negara (IJN) is proud to announce that an integrated Enterprise Risk Management System (“ERMS”), an enterprise web-based solution is a strategic initiative undertaken by IJN Risk and Compliance Committee to enhance the overall risk and compliance management of the hospital.
The launch marks another significant milestone in IJN’s transformation journey to achieve excellence in patient care through technology, service quality and effective management and supervision.
IJN is the first healthcare institution in Malaysia to embark on a comprehensive enterprise risk management system that automates key functions in risk and compliance, patient safety, service quality and patient feedback management.
