48TH ASEAN FOREIGN MINISTERS' MEETING - PLENARY SESSION

Malaysia is the Chairman of ASEAN beginning 1 January 2015 from Myanmar. Malaysia’s vision of a 'People-Centred ASEAN’ is clearly reflected in the theme "Our People, Our Community, Our Vision.
Among the major meetings in Malaysia during its chairmanship are the 26th ASEAN Summit in April 2015 and the upcoming 27th ASEAN Summit in November 2015.
The 48th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (48th AMM) will be held from 1-6 August 2015 at the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) in Kuala Lumpur.
Accredited members of the media are cordially invited to cover the Opening Remarks by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia in conjunction with the 48th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting – Plenary Session scheduled as follows:

Venue : Tun Dr. Ismail Hall, Level 2
Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), Kuala Lumpur
There will be a group photo opportunity.
NOTE: Accredited members of the media covering the above event, please assemble half an hour earlier in order for us to assign your positions.
The media will be requested to leave the conference room after the Opening Remarks and the meeting will proceed with its CLOSED SESSION.
