The 48th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (48th AMM/PMC) is being held from 1-6 August 2015 at the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) in Kuala Lumpur.
There will be group photograph opportunities on Thursday 6 August 2015 scheduled as follows:
1) 16th ASEAN Plus Three Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (APT)
Time : 9.00 am – 10.30 am
Venue : Tun Dr. Ismail Hall, Level 2, Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), Kuala Lumpur
2) 5th East Asia Summit Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (EAS FMM)
Time : 10.45 am – 12.45 pm
Venue : Tun Dr. Ismail Hall, Level 2, Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), Kuala Lumpur
3) 22nd ASEAN Regional Forum (22nd ARF) – Retreat Session
Time : 2.00 pm – 4.30 pm
Venue : Tun Hussien Onn Hall, Level 2, Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), Kuala Lumpur
NOTE: Accredited members of the media will be covering the above event, please assemble half an hour earlier in order for us to assign your positions.
The media will be requested to leave the conference room after the Opening Remarks and the Meeting will proceed with its CLOSED SESSION.
You are cordially invited to send an accredited reporter, photographer/cameraman to cover the opening remarks and group photograph sessions.
