IJN-LANGKAWI CYCLING CAMPAIGN, "MY HEART, MY LIFE"

Looking after your heart is very vital, and one of the best way to do it, is to exercise. The IJN team choose cycling to be one of the best method to maintain a healthy heart. We would like to invite you to our flag off session. 9 enthusiast cyclist from IJN will be cycling from IJN to Langkawi from 22nd August 2015 till the 30th August 2015. These small cycling team includes CEO, Dato’ Dr. Mohd Azhari Yakub, cardiologist specialist and other IJN staffs.
IJN-LANGKAWI CYCLING CAMPAIGN will be held as per below:
