INVITATION FOR MEDIA COVERAGE ON THE OFFICIAL WORKING VISIT OF YAB DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER TO WASHINGTON DC, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA FROM 6 - 10 OCTOBER 2015

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia is pleased to inform that YAB Deputy Prime Minister will undertake an Official Working Visit to Washington DC, United States from 6 – 10 October 2015.
In this regard, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs would respectfully invite media representatives to cover the above-mentioned visit.
Therefore, media representatives are requested to furnish us with the following documents. The original copy of the documents shall be brought during the visit.
a) Accreditation letter by Chief Editor or Executive of the media organisation
b) A copy of passport (personal details page of the passport)
c) A copy of passport-sized photo
d) List of equipment
We would much appreciate if the information requested above could be submitted to us at mohdfarhan@kln.gov.my by tomorrow, 2 October 2015.
You are cordially invited to send your reporter and photographer/cameraman to cover the event.
