#AIRASIAMAKNA CAMPAIGN CHEQUE PRESENTATION TO MAJLIS KANSER NASIONAL (MAKNA)

Dear Editor,
In May, AirAsia embarked on a meaningful CSR campaign in collaboration with Majlis Kanser Nasional (MAKNA), to raise funds in aid of underprivileged cancer patients who cannot afford cancer treatment through the sale of special designed T-shirts for adults and children in our signature AirAsia Cabin Crew and Pilot Captain uniforms.
All proceeds of the T-shirt sale goes directly to MAKNA, and we are pleased to inform that we have raised over RM100, 000 from the sales of the T-shirts.
We have come to the end of this campaign, and will be presenting the amount we have collected to MAKNA through a cheque presentation ceremony. Apart from representatives from AirAsia and MAKNA,this event will be attended by cancer patients and survivors who have benefited from MAKNA's noble cause. This event is planned to be a platform for us to share valuable info about cancer, provide much needed support as well as an opportunity to celebrate life.
