INVITATION TO THE INAUGURAL LAUNCH OF MALAYSIA'S FIRST ONLINE INTERACTIVE TEXTBOOK FOR SECONDARY SCHOOLS

Learning Port is launching Malaysia’s first online INTERACTIVE TEXTBOOK catering to Malaysia’s Secondary School. The I-TEXTBOOK covers 8 subjects; Bahasa Melayu, History, Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry and General Science. It comes with over 1,000 topics and 20,000 exam-based questions. Packed with top-notch graphics, lively animations and interesting storylines, students’ learning experience are bound to be revolutionized.
Targeting 300,000 students in its first year of launching, Learning Port anticipates a significant improvement in the 2016 SPM and IGCSE examination results. By re-igniting interests of students in critical subjects such as Mathematics and Science, our company seeks to realise the government’s aspiration in increasing students’ enrolment in the science stream. Optimistically, this will enable Malaysia to be in the top tier of world education ranking, as well as making Malaysia the first country in the region to go fully digital in schools.
The grand launching will be officiated by our honourable Minister of Education, Y.B Dato’ Seri DiRaja Mahdzir Bin Khalid on 2nd of December in Nexus, Bangsar South City at 2.00 p.m. Senior officials from Ministry of Education, foreign dignitaries, principals and owners of private and international schools, as well as our education partners- namely Microsoft and Maxis- will be attending this event.
