The World Bank office in Malaysia invites you to the launch of the World Development Report 2016: Digital Dividends (which explores the role of ICTs and social media in shaping development outcomes, in particular growth, jobs and service delivery). The Main Messages, Overview and Full Report are available at http://www.worldbank.org/en/publication/wdr2016.
The 2016 WDR report has been very well received after its global launch in Washington on January 14, and in Davos on January 21. It speaks to an issue of interest to many people, so we hope you will join us for the launch here in Malaysia.
In addition to an overview presentation by the Report’s co-directors, the event will feature commentary and implications for Malaysia provided by high-level discussants from the public and private sectors.
