9.40 am : Official launching of the 3rd ISES 2016 by YB. Datuk Seri Panglima Dr. Maximus Johnity Ongkili, accompanied by YBhg. Datuk Dr. Yee Moh Chai, Chairman of SEDA Malaysia and YBrs. Ms. Catherine Ridu, Organising Chair and Chief Executive Officer of SEDA Malaysia.
