INVITATION TO THE SIGNING CEREMONY AND PRESS CONFERENCE BETWEEN MALAYSIA-CHINA FIRMS TO LOCALISE THE RAILWAY SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY

In a pioneering step to make and supply railway systems technology, Innorail Systems Technology Sdn Bhd has concluded and is signing a deal with one of China’s leading companies, O & C Electric Technique Co., Ltd (OCET) as strategic partner for the transfer of technology and intellectual property rights for manufacturing of rail "converter" and “inverter” products, electrical drive systems and related technologies for new efficient energy vehicles. This deal involves establishing local manufacturing capabilities, technology transfer, training and skills development of Malaysian engineers and workers, under the purview of Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI).
