INVITATION FOR MEDIA COVERAGE: WORKING VISIT OF THE HONOURABLE DATO' SRI MOHD NAJIB TUN ABDUL RAZAK, PRIME MINISTER OF MALAYSIA TO THE 23RD APEC ECONOMIC LEADERS' MEETING, MANILA, THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES, 18-19 NOVEMBER 2015

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia is pleased to inform that YAB Prime Minister will be attending the 23rd APEC Economic Leader’ Meeting in Manila, The Republic of the Philippines from 18-19 November 2015. In this regard, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs respectfully invites media representatives to cover YAB Prime Minister’s participation at the Meeting.
Attached herewith is the latest draft programme from the APEC Secretariat. There is also expected to be an AELM Chair’s Official Welcome for APEC Leaders and an AELM Chair’s Welcome Dinner on 18 November 2015.
Interested media representatives are requested to fill in the attached matrix and return the completed form together with a Letter of Assignment and Equipment List to Ms Siti Norfarah Zainol ( norfarah@kln.gov.my ) and cced to Ms Aida Safura Niza Othman ( aidasafura@kln.gov.my ) by Wednesday, 21 October 2015. The original copies of the documents are to be brought along during the visit.
With regard to accommodation for media, the organisers have provided a list of accredited hotels, as attached. Based on logistical considerations, The Crown and Nobu Hotel of the City of Dreams is the recommended hotel for media.
